This 75-minute class begins with about 55 minutes of slow, supported Yin Yoga using long holds to help you settle in and unwind, giving your body time to release tension and find stillness within. We then move into an extended savasana accompanied by a gentle soundbath allowing the body and nervous system to rest deeply. You will leave feeling deeply grounded and relaxed. Soundbath includes crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and vocalization.
